My husband and I were buying and selling. We worked with Kari Akers  while we were buying. Trying to buy the house that is right for you is stressful, but Kari eased that stress. She is great at communication and this made the the buying process much smoother. Whenever we had a question, she got back to us quickly. She was able to explain aspects of the buying process which were unfamiliar to us. During negotiation and inspection, she was an active partner, which was very reassuring. During the selling process we worked with Michael and Susannah. Michael was very comprehensive at explaining the selling process. Because of this we knew exactly what was coming next- this was reassuring. I also really liked Michael’s use of tech to communicate with us. They were super knowledgeable and whenever I had a question they were quick to respond and get me the information I needed. I love the fact that a big part of their focus is not only on real estate but also relationship building. They helped me navigate an issue that came up with the roof of the house when wind and hail storms occurred after the inspection period was over.
